Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer – UPS Sales to expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with end-users in the UPS industry across the Philippines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing technical advantages.
● Support customers throughout the sales process, including product modifications when needed.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
● Prepare sales reports, product orders, and coordinate delivery schedules.
● Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Sales Engineer or President.

Qualifications:

● Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems; knowledge of MV switchgear, power transformers, and distribution transformers is a plus.
● Established network with general contractors for data centers and banks is an advantage.
● Proven experience in industrial plant sales.
● Site work experience (electrical, testing, commissioning, project management) preferred.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
● At least 3 years of sales experience in UPS or related products.
